A unique space for work and creativity in the heart of The Cotswolds
ABOUT
Our aim is to bring creative industrial designers, architects, fabric designers and others together with artisans making furniture and decorative artworks. For startups on a budget we will have container studios. These are standard 6 meter shipping containers fully fitted with glazed inner doors, insulation power and internet: these are housed undercover. 7 studios with floor to ceiling glazing have fabulous panoramic views over the Evenlode Valley. 3 larger workshops with mezzanine floors compliment these designer spaces with workshops. There will be an elevated terraced lawn overlooking the Valley and ample parking for visitors.
The development is planned to be complete in the Autumn 2024. This creative working environment is set in the 12 acre grounds of Berrybank Park which is home for the now very popular 500 seat Amphitheatre.
