What time do doors open?
The doors open 90 minutes before the performance start time. Please do not arrive before that time.
Are Refreshments available?
The Pavilion and Amphitheatre are subject to an alcohol licence. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from us, at Berrybank Bar. For your convenience, a range of wine, beer, cider and soft drinks will be available during your visit or can be pre-purchased with your tickets and made available for collection upon your arrival. We also sell ice-creams from our Amphitheatre Tricycle.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes! Please do, who doesn’t love a picnic? And for those that don’t have time to prepare one, we have made it easy! We can offer you a range of hampers to suit all tastes and budgets, ready to collect upon your arrival. Simples! Priced from just £10 per person, these can be pre-purchased with your tickets.
Can I buy food on-site?
We have different pop-up vendors booked for different events. All offering a fantastic choice of scrummy bites. Check out our box office for ‘whats to eat’ at the event you are planning to attend.
Can I bring a dog?
No. We love dogs, but not on our site.
Do you have access for wheelchair users?
Yes. We encourage all visitors to use the level access ramps to enter the Amphitheatre.
Can I come with my carer?
Yes, carers need to book their tickets via the online box office. There is no charge for the ticket however there is the standard booking and Berrybank Park Fee. Please make yourself known to us on your arrival and we will park you in a accessible position. If needed we will assist you in getting to the amphitheatre.
Can I park my vehicle?
Yes, plenty of free parking. We have car park attendants on site. Please have your tickets ready to scan upon arrival, this can be done on either a paper version or on your mobile device.
Are there toilets?
Yes, we have beautiful toilets on-site.
What is your wet weather policy?
The Show must go on! Please bring rain jackets and umbrellas. We are an open air theatre and will only cancel an event in extreme weather conditions.
Do you offer refunds?
If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an individual refund or exchange.
